How do I adjust my pillow for the perfect fit?
Every Coop pillow comes with a half-pound bag of extra fill. To customize, simply unzip the inner liner and add or remove memory foam clusters until the loft and firmness align with your sleeping position.
What is your 100-night sleep trial?
We want you to love your sleep. You can test our products for up to 100 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return them for a full refund, and we will even cover the return shipping costs.
Are Coop Sleep Goods products machine washable?
Yes, most of our pillows and protectors are designed for easy care. The outer covers can be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle, and the inner pillows can be tumble dried on low to refresh the foam.
Are your materials safe and non-toxic?
Absolutely. Our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning it is made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or formaldehyde. Our fabrics are also GREENGUARD Gold certified for low chemical emissions.
How long does shipping take?
